As Group Creative Director at OnBrand, the American Express in-house creative agency, I lead the 15-member Consumer team while overseeing a diverse portfolio totaling $39M. I collaborate with senior leadership in developing and expanding our creative partnership across our global Business Units. Focusing on creating forward-thinking ideas and working across channels to create end-to-end experiences in digital and beyond, I drive results and unlock value for the enterprise.
So far, I have directly contributed to another record-breaking scope expansion for GCGS Consumer from $25M to $29M. I've led my team through continued capability growth within Video for 4 business units: a 5-part Social series for TLS, 6 part series for Delta, 4 part animated series for Credit Intel, and the relaunch of our Platinum card product — a full-funnel, BTL integrated campaign, "There's Nothing Like Platinum", connecting across the Enterprise and multiple Partners, overdelivering with 350+ ownable assets. As the latest evolution of this legacy brand, "There's Nothing Like Platinum" campaign contributed to American Express being inducted in the 75th Anniversary of the AAF Advertising Hall of Fame.
Within the 1st year of leadership at Amex, I directly contributed to the record-breaking scope expansion for Consumer group from $19M to $26M—a 39% above target increase. I led my team through the ideation and development of many "firsts", and bespoke, multi-channel content over 200 multi-disciplinary projects. Culminating the year, we won Gold at the FCS Portfolio Awards in the Video category for a 6-part, "Delta Benefits Unpacked: A CCP Education Series", Gold at the IHAF Creativity Awards in the Social category for the "Platinum & Walmart+" partnership, and 3 members of my team were awarded the Amex Trailblazer, Creative Catalyst Award.

On BOTOX Cosmetic, I managed 4 creative teams through conceptual digital and social content, and multiple work streams across NY, LA, BA, and MX.
